College Builders was formed by my two sons Nick and Forrest. Starting this year we will build a new home in Pueblo West over the spring and summer and then sell it when we're done.
All the profits from the sale will go towards their college tution. They will also create summer jobs for some of their friends. This should be a great educational experience for all concerned. They have already pulled the building permit and had the foundation excavated in just a week!

Hi Nick,
What a great idea! As a kid, I had to give my parents half of every penny I made to put towards college. I think earning your way through college not only gives them some incentive to show up for class, but also the appreciation of costs involved.
Who know, maybe they'll be the next Frank Lloyd Wright.
